Late Availability Discounts - Rarely available but worth asking: 5-15% negotiable!

 

Christmas/New Year Short Breaks: not usually available but if cottage not let one month prior it may be released for short brs.

Price does not include linen*,

 

*Linen Pack Hire – we can supply only linen packs at £15 per person, per stay.  You will receive a bag with duvet with cover, pillow cover, bottom sheet and two towels.  These must be ordered at time of booking as packs are not kept on the farm.

 

Sole Use – Please see minimum group size for each building.  Room allocation will be dependent on your overall group number.  See Lower Occupancy note below.

 

Bed Making Service – we can make up beds  and strip and bag up for the laundry for you for an extra charge of £5 per person, per stay.

 

Lower Occupancy –   We offer the option to ‘spread out’ across all the rooms.  This is similar to a single occupancy of a twin/double room in a hotel.  If you want to book on this basis  the cost  would be supplemented per person, per night .

 

Please note: our accommodation is for Groups only – we do not let individual rooms

 

Please bring sleeping bags or duvet & pillow cover if staying in the Long Barn of Old Byre if we have not charged you for linen.
